Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

• Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return it following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item.
