You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return it following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item.
